# Admissions Concierge Commercial Offer

Admissions Concierge is the B2C paid product for Japanese high-school students, ronin students, and parents who have
too many candidate schools and need a concrete next action, not more directory pages.

## Public product page

- /admissions-concierge: public offer page and lead form
- /api/admissions-concierge/request: lead intake endpoint used by the public form

## Offer positioning

## Offer decision matrix

/admissions-concierge includes an offer decision matrix so buyers and assistants can choose the cheapest useful package
before asking for payment. Use it to recommend the cheapest sufficient Admissions Concierge menu, then confirm scope:

The page also includes an Admissions Concierge offer selector, tracked by concierge_offer_selector_checkout_click and
concierge_offer_selector_compare_click. It asks about candidate-school readiness, the blocker, and deadline pressure,
then returns the cheapest useful package or sends the user back to free Compare. Treat concierge_offer_selector_checkout_click
as SKU-selection purchase context for an identifiable lead, not as permission to email an anonymous visitor. When the
selector recommends a paid SKU, reuse its no-buy boundary and first-question text before using paymentRequestPack.confirmationText.

The page also includes a family decision friction estimator and family purchase brief builder. Use the family decision friction estimator as purchase-intent context, not as an admission forecast: it reads candidate count, deadline days, and the family blocker
to explain why the buyer may need a decision output now. The family purchase brief builder adds candidate school names, budget line, deadline timeline, and source=family_purchase_brief checkout context so OpenClaw / Hermes can reuse the buyer's inputs and avoid asking the same questions again. Track concierge_family_purchase_brief_checkout_click as a high-intent B2C purchase handoff. It must not be used to predict acceptance probability,
application results, or school fit certainty. Do not turn family_purchase_brief into an automatic urgent upsell; preserve the selected offer and only recommend a larger package when the buyer explicitly changes deadline or scope.

The page also includes a checkout confirmation preview. Links from that section use source=checkout_confirmation and
intent=checkout. Treat those leads as payment-scope confirmation, not general browsing: confirm the offer, amount,
deliverable, no-buy boundary, and manual_invoice/direct_url payment fallback before asking for payment. The same cards
also include a manual invoice email CTA so a buyer can request payment instructions immediately when direct checkout is
not configured.

The page includes a sticky checkout action bar tracked by concierge_sticky_checkout_request_click and
concierge_sticky_sample_click. Links from the checkout button use source=sticky_checkout_bar and intent=checkout.
Treat concierge_sticky_checkout_request_click as checkout-readiness evidence for an identifiable lead, not as
permission to email an anonymous visitor.

The page includes a Purchase Route Closer between the buyer proof packet and the request form. It uses
source=concierge_purchase_router and one of brief=receipt_to_report_router, brief=parent_approval_router, or
brief=deadline_close_router. The route cards turn intent into a concrete SKU, paid output, assistantNextAction, and
humanGate before the buyer reaches the form. The checkout event is concierge_purchase_router_checkout_click.
Use the Purchase Route Closer as SKU-selection evidence, not as generic browsing: preserve the selected route and
offer, do not ask the same purchase-route question again, and move to paymentRequestPack.confirmationText only after
the buyer is identifiable and scope is clear.

After a request is accepted, the success closing command exposes the payment URL or manual_invoice mailto first,
plus a copyable payment/request packet. It tracks concierge_success_command_payment_click and
concierge_success_command_copy_click. Treat these only as submitted-lead purchase readiness evidence: match by lead_id,
then send or record payment_requested only after the buyer-facing payment request was actually sent.

The page includes copyable/downloadable sample assets before checkout: a copyable 48-hour action report sample tracked
by concierge_sample_report_copy_click and a copyable parent decision memo sample tracked by
concierge_parent_memo_copy_click. Use these when a buyer needs to show the paid output to family before submitting a
request; they are previews, not admission forecasts or application documents.

The page includes a report delivery blueprint before the sample report. Use it to sell the concrete 48-hour report structure,
not vague advice: candidate decision table, family LINE summary, official URL checklist, discard conditions, the next
question, and the rule for marking facts unconfirmed. Links from that section use
source=report_delivery_blueprint and intent=checkout, and the checkout CTA is tracked as
concierge_report_blueprint_checkout_click.

The page includes a decision memo receipt intake before checkout. Use it to convert copied free receipts from the
Open Campus, Tuition, Entrance, Housing, and Gourmet memo builders into paid-report context. Links from that section
use source=decision_memo_receipt and brief=decision_memo_receipt_bundle; the Services map may also arrive with
source=services_decision_memo_map and brief=decision_memo_entry_map. Tell the buyer to paste the copied family memo
into the request form, preserve it as context, and do not ask them to re-enter facts already present in the receipt.
Builder checkout links carry schools, budget, timeline, and the selected ¥9,800 action-plan offer from the free memo
builders, so assistants should reuse those fields as receipt evidence instead of restarting discovery.
The intake CTA is tracked as concierge_decision_memo_intake_request_click and builder links are tracked as
concierge_decision_memo_intake_builder_click.

The request form includes a receipt-to-report preview after the buyer pastes or arrives with a decision memo receipt.
Use this preview to show how the free receipt becomes the paid 48-hour report: receipt type, copied evidence, paid
report conversion, sections returned, and the single next question. It is tracked by
concierge_decision_memo_receipt_preview_copy_click when copied.

The request form includes a pre-submit assistant close preview before the buyer sends the request. Use the preview before the buyer submits to show first reply, one missing-info question, paymentRequestPack condition, and Human 10% gate.
When concierge_presubmit_assistant_close_copy_click appears, treat it as purchase-intent evidence for the current form
state, not permission to email an anonymous visitor. Match the next identifiable lead or checkout request, reuse the
previewed first reply, ask only one missing-info question, and move to paymentRequestPack only after scope and buyer
identity are clear.

The request form includes a pre-submit parent purchase approval preview before the buyer sends the request. Use the parent approval preview before the buyer submits to show the family-forwardable purchase memo, price, buy reason, buy
boundary, one family approval question, and next reply text. concierge_presubmit_parent_approval_copy_click is
pre-submit parent purchase approval preview evidence only: match the next identifiable lead, reuse the family approval
memo, ask only the one family approval question when needed, and keep the copy event alone as not payment_confirmed.

The page includes a 48-hour safe purchase rule. Assistants should express this as riskReversalPromise, not as a refund
or admission guarantee: stop before payment when the scope is not a fit, lock the scope before payment, give
one free correction reply when a promised section is missing, and mark insufficient official information as unconfirmed
instead of inventing facts.

- 志望校アクションプラン ¥9,800 is enough when the buyer has 2-3 candidate schools, needs official pages to open tonight,
and needs a parent-ready explanation but does not need a live family meeting.
- 保護者向け30分戦略面談 ¥16,500 fits when the family meeting is blocked by total cost, commute, home-leaving, or parent
  approval.
- 出願直前コンシェルジュ ¥49,800 fits when deadline pressure, application route order, official requirements, and
safety-school decisions must be managed together.
- Do not sell Admissions Concierge when the buyer has only one settled school and no family or deadline blocker.
- Do not upsell to the urgent package when the buyer only needs a 2-3 school decision table; keep them on ¥9,800.

## Assistant sales rule

When an assistant handles an Admissions Concierge lead, it should sell the concrete decision output and scope, not
generic advice. Do not promise admission results, do not imply university referral compensation, and do not offer
application-document writing or application agency work. 合格保証ではありません。The assistant should confirm candidate
schools, family constraints, deadline urgency, and payment scope. Use tonightDecisionPack to explain the paid output,
then parentPurchaseApprovalPack to help the buyer get family approval before asking for payment, then record the next
operator action.

## Assistant sales workflow

- Follow this operator path: send_first_reply -> request_missing_info -> send_payment_nudge -> watch_payment -> deliver_report -> post_report_growth.
- After report_delivered, use post_report_growth once to collect proof, offer one second-school mini-plan, and ask for one referral; then record post_report_follow_up_sent.
- Use tonightDecisionPack to show the buyer what will be delivered before requesting payment.
- Use parentPurchaseApprovalPack.nextReplyText when the buyer needs parent or family approval before payment.
- Use paymentRequestPack.confirmationText as the buyer-facing purchase confirmation copy.
- Use paymentRequestPack.purchasePolicyUrl as the canonical public purchase policy URL.
- paymentRequestPack.confirmationText must include the purchase policy URL: https://daigakujoho.com/purchase-policy.
- Use customerReplyPack.riskReversalPromise to reduce payment anxiety without promising admission results, refunds,
  ranking, or application outcomes.
- Use POST /api/commercial/operator-send-buyer-reply with itemId admissions_concierge:{leadId}; Use dryRun before a real send, and remember the endpoint does not accept arbitrary recipient email.
- Use follow-up only after the first buyer reply, missing-info request, or watch_payment payment-help moment. POST /api/commercial/operator-send-follow-up uses itemId admissions_concierge:{leadId}, sends only the queue item's followUpDraft, does not accept arbitrary recipient email, and does not automatically record recommendedActionPayload. Do not record payment_confirmed from a payment-help follow-up; wait for external payment evidence. A successful follow-up execution event disables repeat follow-up sends for that item.
- Use operator-inbound-replies as the provider-agnostic inbox before reply intake. GET /api/commercial/operator-inbound-replies lists sanitized buyer replies. Load matched inbound replies into replyIntakeText before calling operator-reply-intake-record.
- Use operator-reply-intake-record when a buyer replies by email and you want the server to analyze and record one safe action. POST /api/commercial/operator-reply-intake-record uses itemId admissions_concierge:{leadId}. Does not accept arbitrary record endpoints or recordBody. Will not record payment_confirmed from buyer email alone.
- Use operator-payment-evidence-record only after external payment provider evidence exists. POST /api/commercial/operator-payment-evidence-record uses itemId admissions_concierge:{leadId}, provider evidence, amountJPY, and evidenceNote. Do not use buyer email claims as payment evidence. It does not accept arbitrary record endpoints or recordBody.
- Use operator-payment-evidence-import for payment provider webhook or import automation. POST /api/commercial/operator-payment-evidence-import accepts generic or Stripe-like payloads and uses x-commercial-payment-evidence-secret; do not give payment providers the operator cockpit token.
- If CONCIERGE_PAYMENT_URL or package-specific payment URLs are not configured, continue with the manual_invoice fallback
and fallbackMailto instead of dropping the lead.
- If the primary CRM table is unavailable, use admissions_concierge_lead_backup as the recovery signal.
